Open the app or website and see what's available near you right now. Restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and hotels list their surplus food each day. Each listing shows the type of food, pickup window, price, and distance.
Listings update throughout the day as businesses add new items. You can filter by food type, distance, pickup time, and price range.
Reserve and pay
Tap to reserve your bag and pay securely in the app. You get an instant confirmation with your pickup window and a unique order code. No cash needed at pickup.
Payment is processed securely. If a business cancels or runs out, you receive a full refund automatically.
Pick up your food
Head to the business during your pickup window and show your order code. Collect your bag and go. It takes less than two minutes.
Pickup windows are set by each business, typically in the last one to two hours before closing. You will see the exact window before you buy.

What is a surprise bag?
A surprise bag contains surplus food that a business prepared that day but could not sell. The contents vary each time depending on what the business has left over. Most bags include a mix of fresh items with strong value relative to price.
Can I pick what's in my bag?
No. The bag is a surprise by design. Businesses pack whatever they have available. This is part of how we reduce waste. You will see the food category (bakery, restaurant, hot food, etc.) before purchasing.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Each listing includes allergen and dietary information where the business has provided it. If you have a severe allergy, contact the business directly before purchasing. We recommend checking the listing carefully.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase for a full refund, as long as the pickup window has not started. Once the pickup window begins, cancellations are not available.
How much do bags cost?
Prices vary by business and food type, typically ranging from $3 to $15. Each bag is priced at roughly one-third of the original retail value of what's inside.
How do I know the food is safe?
All food is prepared and handled by licensed food businesses that meet local health and safety regulations. Surplus food is not expired. It is simply food that was not sold before closing.
